Tabby Tea Cat Lounge & Adoption Center

Truly a lovely experience. You book your visit reservation on line, you will use any name you wish in the 'pets name' portion on the reservation form. Once you arrive at your reservation time you will pay a $10 per person fee to the receptionist. This entitles you to grab something out of the refrigerator (beverage wise it's all non-alcoholic and a good variety). You can also use the self-service coffee machine or make tea. After you get your beverage you'll go in and spend time with a variety of wonderful kitty cats in a dedicated room full of cat toys. It is very relaxing and what a wonderful way to meet new kitties.

There were only 3 cats and due to the new cat being aggressive with the other 2, only one came out. The reviews also mention boba but they don't have boba. I hope the $10 per person goes to a worthy cause because $40 for a family is way overpriced for the tiny room you get to see and "play" with the cats in. They do offer a small selection of refrigerated drinks and coffee/tea/cocoa. Updating my review 06/05/26 - after the disappointing visit for my daughter's birthday, Shaq at Tabby Tea reached out and offered to let us come back for a complementary visit which turned out to be amazing and made my kids very happy. They got to enjoy boba this time and interact with some adorable kitte. The staff at the front desk was very kind. Thank you Tabby Tea for your excellent customer service and for accommodating us. We hope you find wonderful homes for all your new kittens!

My girlfriend and I were excited to hear that there was a cat cafe that opened in Davis, but after visiting, we were slightly disappointed. We booked the first opening of the day at 9AM and were greeted with nice service. We paid $10 per person for 1 hour with the kitties and one free drink per person. Because it was morning, the cats were extremely energetic and barely let us pet/play with them so we mainly sat around watching cats instead. If you want an opportunity to play with them, I suggest a later appointment time. To add on, the main room that you are placed into is attached to another room that the cats have access to through a cat door. For a portion of the time, all the cats went in that room and we were left sitting in an empty room. One of the cats finally calmed down a bit near the end so we pet her with the remaining few minutes we had left of the appointment. As we were petting the cat, which was clearly enjoying it (purring, eyes closed, relaxed posture), a middle-aged Caucasian woman that happened to be walking in for work saw the split second where the cat decided to pull away. We let the cat be after she had pulled away, but this woman decided to barge into the

Wonderful place that opened in Dec 2024 to spend alone time with cute kittens and cats. Reserve online for an hour because they fill up fast! You get the whole lounge to yourself to play with and cuddle with cats. It was our first time and it was so clean and relaxing. I've been to other cat cafes that are crowded and unclean. You get a complimentary drink as well during your stay - they have a nice variety and coffee machine that makes great coffee drinks. The business is also a veterinarian practice as well. Nice staff and adorable cats! Highly recommend and affordably priced too.

Since it's mainly a vet place, I understand the cafe portion is more limited, e.g. don't expect complementary drinks to be fancy haha. We didn't see that many cats (like four in total), but they were all so cute and friendly! However, I wish they would ask customers to take off their shoes since the lounge area is not the cleanest, and my bf had pretty bad allergies (never happens at other cat cafes).
